GoogleFive stars all round for Adam and Aspire. From our first meeting with Adam we knew that he was the right agent for us. Not pushy, realistic and very knowledgeable of the area and the market. Guided and supported us every step of the way and we couldn't recommend them anymore. My sister-in-law, friends and next door neighbours have all also gone with Aspire due to our good feedback.

GoogleTENANTS ALERT If you want to rent from this company please do watch out as all they are after is your money!!! I have rented a property (not from them to start) for 7 years paying totally 142K in rent during this time.. We never had any maintenance or upkeep in this time (which we didn’t complain about) Aspire came in after 5 years taking over from a different agency (which for my opinion was way much better). We left the property 1 week ago and I was shocked when I heard from DPS that they wanted to charge us 280£ because we didn't paint the house and didn't professionally clean. When I told them that when I moved in I requested the house to be painted and professionally cleaned as it wasn't done and I have email to prove that, the senior manager (this is how she presented her self) told me that no matter how long I have lived there for and how much I have to paid in rent, the landlord wanted to charge me for it anyway. Well this senior manager ended the phone call belittling me, saying that if I did open a claim with DPS I was going to see my money after a long long time, and she cut me off with a very sarcastic byeeeeeeee. What she didn't know is that I deal with people that try to scam me quiet often due my businesses and more importantly that I knew the landlord really well. In fact I contacted the landlord directly explaining her the situation and guess what? She didn't even know about this charge, was shocked herself when heard it and of course my refund was approved in full straight away. I would like to tell the senior manager called Neneh 3 things: 1. You are not a senior manager, the way how you handled my telephone call was so unbelievably rude. 2. Never under estimate anyone, especially when you don't know who you dealing with. 3. I got my money back and it didn't take me long, so please do your research. Byyyeeeeeeee!!

GoogleI asked them to come over & value my house - never turned up, Adam left some lame message about a computer diary problem although we exchanged emails to confirm the booking. The lady who took my initial call was pleasant - but Adam the estate agent is about as much use as a chocolate teapot! Avoid...NegativeResponsiveness, Professionalism

GoogleWe interacted with numerous estate agents in the process of purchasing our home and Michaela was easily the best. Obviously we wouldn't have bought our home if we hadn't liked it anyway, but I can honestly say Michaela made all the difference to the sale. She was experienced, well-informed and very responsive. She was open from the start about potential problems with the property - which had she concealed and they'd come to light later, would probably have scared us off. She was unfailingly patient (we made her show us round the same house three times!) and knows the area really well, which helped make our decision easier. I speak from a buyer's perspective but if we were ever to sell our house, I would not hesitate to use Michaela and I would recommend her and Aspire to anyone looking for an estate agent local to this area.
