Many properties were viewed until we found one that suited our needs. At all times the staff were efficient and helpful and above all patient. Joanne dealt with our purchase keeping us informed of progress at all times and oiling the bureaucratic wheels. Claire, who looks after THW huge letting portfolio, was willing to share her experiences with us and advised about refurbishment necessities. Angela, who runs the show, has an in depth knowledge of properties and the property market.
When we purchase our next BTL, THW will be the first Estate Agents to visit.
