GoogleCharlie has been amazing and stood out from other agents I have used, but sadly didn’t have the right thing at the time. When we start looking to buy/rent again we will definitely be giving Charlie at battersea a call. May I add he still contacts me weekly with properties that could fit our needs. Thanks

GoogleWe recently purchased a BTL property in Kendal using the services of THW. Many properties were viewed until we found one that suited our needs. At all times the staff were efficient and helpful and above all patient. Joanne dealt with our purchase keeping us informed of progress at all times and oiling the bureaucratic wheels. Claire, who looks after THW huge letting portfolio, was willing to share her experiences with us and advised about refurbishment necessities. Angela, who runs the show, has an in depth knowledge of properties and the property market. When we purchase our next BTL, THW will be the first Estate Agents to visit. Neil Connor

GoogleHuge thank you to Charlie for all of his hard work in finding us girls a flat. He tried his best but annoyingly there was nothing that fitted in with our move in date. He completely stood out from other agents and went the extra mile to help with our short notice move in date, and his mullet is definitely a bonus as well. My experience with them has been very positive: I dealt with Michael R., branch manager at the Battersea Park Office and he was very helpful, responsive to any questions I had throughout the process and provided prompt feedback to my questions. The communication between myself as buyer and the seller has been very fluid, thanks to the intermediation of Aspire. Michael managed expectations and helped during the sale process step by step.
