GoogleExtremely poor after care!! Had seller lie on legal declaration forms about the property. Luckily my conveyancer retrieve all repair costs on property. Would recommend fact checking anything they say

Hi David and sorry to see you have given us only 1 star but unless I am mistaken this seems to be a review of the vendor's conduct in incorrectly filling out his own legal forms and not our performance as selling agent? GoogleI went to Aspire after my previous estate agent failed to get any viewings on my property. They weren't the cheapest, but I could see that Charlie was going to work to get the property sold rather than just stick it on Zoopla. 5 viewings in the first week and it was sold near on asking price. Glad I made the choice that I did and have since recommended them to others.

GoogleTop Notch service we received from Charlie the manager who was kind enough to let us view the property four times during the conveyancing process. He communicated with our solicitors and handled our requests and anything we needed to have dealt he helped with to close the sale. Much appreciated. Great experience.

GoogleJust completed the sale of an apartment in Kendal which has been held up for over a year by the difficulties created by building cladding issues. All the staff at THW have been supportive throughout the drawn out process keeping in touch with everyone to keep the deal on track. Clare was particularly helpful sorting out minor repairs that arose as the sale was delayed. Thanks to all - got there in the end.

GoogleThis estate agency is by far the best I've ever encountered, friendly, professional and personable. Every single member of staff I have spoken with has been lovely and a pleasure to deal with. I had a problem with a breakdown on my car the day I was due to collect the keys and wasn't going to make the office hours, Annabel was absolutely amazing and went above and beyond to help me out with that situation and remove a very big stress on me. This company has been nothing short of impeccable the whole time I've been dealing with them, don't hesitate in using these as a buyer, seller or tenant.

GoogleI chose Aspire Battersea to sell my house as I was so impressed by Michael's kind manner and professionalism. It was then a total bonus to meet Charlie, who conducted most of my viewings. Charlie really took the time to get to know my house and familiarise himself with the points I wanted to put across to buyers about specifications that I thought may differentiate my house from similar on the market. He was unfailingly polite, professional, nothing was too much trouble and a seriously good communicator. I always knew what was going on and he was incredibly responsive even outside of regular hours. He definitely went above and beyond to sell my property and all with amazingly good humour. I would like to give a special shout out to his bike, which is genius for getting to appointments in London grid lock swiftly - and for going after an Uber after the viewer left her phone in it! GoogleThanks to Charlie who was amazing throughout. Property was as advertised. Super clear and responsive communication and Charlie was mega helpful with liaising with the current tenant for me to get answers to questions and measurements. I didn’t feel like someone who was being bustled around properties and felt I had a good adequate time to spend viewing which is not always the case.
