Aspire Estate Management have been very good for us. Four years ago, when we were downsizing from our family home of 48 years, Aspire Estate Agents found us our brilliant large flat, remembering us from two years previously and when we had nearly given up hope of getting what we needed. They were then able to rapidly sell our house so we could secure the flat. They commented that it was the most straightforward deal they had ever completed; their efficiency and ours ! Now in our lovely new flat we had no hesitation in asking Aspire Estate Management to take over the management of the building when the incumbent managers proved useless and incompetent and we had to sack them. Since that time Aspire Estate Management have been efficient, thoughtful, effective, helpful and communicative. A much better experience for all of us in the building, where there are seven flats and we all have confidence in the Estate Manager, Carlo Skudder, who has helped solve problems and made sure necessary work is done to a high standard. To say that we had a stressful time selling our house is an understatement, but this was due to errors on the various solicitors' parts and at one point another estate agent not doing their job properly. However, Henry, Charlie and the Aspire Clapham team were fantastic! They were patient, knowledgeable and highly attentive throughout, helping to guide everyone in the right direction. The level of service and professionalism is simply streets ahead of any other estate agent I have ever dealt with, and I would definitely recommend them to anyone who asks.

After 2 weeks, jumping through every hoop it was put in front of us they have made my life a hell. Every-time we were ask to provide any requested details, references, proofs of income etc we did so and every-time we did we were asked for more which was not specified before... it seemed like they were throwing logs under our legs all the time Everything was meant to be set every time, and every-time we thought its over it wasn't, goodlord references, then guarantor then further changes in the contract....at all times we were made to believe it is all sorted and we need to fix a small glitch which was created "not by them, but by landlord or goodlord" at the end of the day they have messed up the process and landlord pulled the offer wasting 2 weeks of my life and leaving me hanging with booked removal services and internet engineer etcThank you Jacqueline...

Really disappointed with the customer service. Selling a home is stressful enough as it is but it was made so much worse by the person managing the sale. Complete lack of support and was left in a really tough situation. Honestly would not recommend. 30/01/23 Adding this based on the reply received: I'm reviewing on behalf of a good friend and customer who sold their property with you hence I'm not in your system. No I don't particularly want to write you an email. I've made the effort to let you know your customer service is bad so why should I also do the work to start the conversation? Evidence of good customer service would be you proactively reaching out to find out how you could do better e.g. Send through a feedback survey that gives me the opportunity to give you details, ask if it would be alright if you got in touch to understand what went wrong...
