GoogleI just completed on the purchase of my property in SW12 and I would recommend working with Mat Berna from Aspire Balham. Mat was delivered a very professional service, kept on top of the whole process, and made my first time buying experience as smooth as possible.

GoogleAspire = the unicorn of estate agents. I cannot begin to explain how utterly outstanding, kind, helpful, HONEST and wonderful this agency is. I promise you will not regret choosing Aspire to help you within your property search/sale. The team sold our home and it was an absolute dream. We are now dealing with another estate agent to buy and it highlights even more how incredible Aspire are. The exceptional Enna-Mae and her team are second to none. GoogleFinding a flat usually generate a bit of headache, but this time everything went smoothly: I step into my new flat quickly and without stress. During all the process Rebecca helped me to find the perfect flat and did not put additional pressure on me. She has been always kind and professional. Overall Aspire Fulham offers an outstanding service and also the flats they propose are fairly priced. Will definitely ask them again if in the future I’ll need to change flat.

GoogleBranch kept my details breaching GDPR so I called up to ask what had happened and got met with sarcasm from whoever answered the phone. Wasn’t given a name but will be escalating.
Hi Mgx - a little puzzled by this to be honest as we take our GDPR responsibilities very seriously and have an esay process for customers to have all their data removed etc. Please email us at headoffice@aspire.co.uk ASAP so this can be addressed.

GoogleRebecca from Aapire Estate Agents was super helpful in our process on obtaining our first London rental. She made it a seamless process given we were still residing in Australia whilst liaising in different timezones. GoogleReally disappointed with the customer service. Selling a home is stressful enough as it is but it was made so much worse by the person managing the sale. Complete lack of support and was left in a really tough situation. Honestly would not recommend. 30/01/23 Adding this based on the reply received: I'm reviewing on behalf of a good friend and customer who sold their property with you hence I'm not in your system. No I don't particularly want to write you an email. I've made the effort to let you know your customer service is bad so why should I also do the work to start the conversation? Evidence of good customer service would be you proactively reaching out to find out how you could do better e.g. Send through a feedback survey that gives me the opportunity to give you details, ask if it would be alright if you got in touch to understand what went wrong...

The team got us an asking price offer on the first open day (!) and Chris really understood the need for minimal disruption as we were selling with a young baby.
