An excellent negotiator who fought-off all the competition and secured the deal; can’t thank her enough. Also, no messing during the conveyancing stages. Aspire made sure that everyone was up to speed and ready to complete in the fastest time possible. The little touches once the sale went through made it all even more special. GoogleI had a very good experience with the sales team at Aspire, all of whom were friendly and extremely helpful without any of the hard sales push so often found in the property market. It was a very pleasant change - and certainly no less effective for that. Jess was my principal contact during my selling 'journey' and was approachable, informative and supportive throughout. I particulary appreciated her friendly and rational stewardship, conducted with equanimity throughout, and her willingness to go the extra mile. I imagine prospective buyers would feel equally comfortable with her style of approach. Thank you!

GoogleThe Worst Experience When Moving From Abroad. At the start of the lease, the house had not been cleaned. The sanitary facilities and bathroom were in an unsanitary condition. Appliances in terrible condition and some do not work. The sink drains were completely blocked by clumps of hair and other things. How can we present such a low-end service to tenants. This is disrespect. Agency to flee!

GoogleUnfortunately a complete disaster from start to finish. So many things went wrong in this process ( we bought a property with them ) that it is difficult to list them all. We were promised things that apparently could not happen ( and they knew already but made us think could be done to speed up the sale) as well as lied on multiple occasions when, after the exchange we asked to visit the property again for some last checks. As said the list could go on and on however as cherry on top of the cake, after a lot of stress as we were in chain and there were delays, they refused to come and give as the key when it was time so we had to go there to collect .We bought and rented before however this was an incredible unpleasant transaction especially compared with the agency we used to sell our property. When the time will come for a sale we will know where not to go.
Vera, thanks for sharing your thoughts. We’re obviously disappointed you weren’t happy with the service we provided. However we do feel that we need to answer some of your concerns. Although we did suggest that further visits could be arranged there was one which we were unable to conduct due to operational reasons at that particular time. The delays, unfortunately, were down to the painfully slow pace at which the chain below progressed, which is out of our hands. On completion, estate agents are not in a position to deliver keys, it’s always down to the buyers to collect them from the office. We do of course make every effort to accommodate should this be inconvenient but on this occasion completion took place when our team were out on appointments. It’s unfortunate that you had extra stress on the day; this was down to late payment of the completion funds from your solicitor. If you’d like to speak with us directly with any further feedback we’d welcome this; in the meantime we wish you every happiness in your new home.
