GoogleWe started viewings for our first home at the beginning of April knowing nothing about the process and how long it could take from beginning up to get the keys. After couple of viewing without succes we met Alison who showed us our house to be on the 10th of April, very lovely and friendly lady who made everything feel super easy and less stressful then what we though would be. After couple of weeks we also met Christopher who was very supportive and helpful to sort things between solicitors and make sure that the sell/buy of the house it’s gone happen and in record time we moved in on the 20th of June. In such of stressful proces for some people this amazing Aspire team was so calm and always very prompt to our emails and questions. We would recommend them to every single person around us who is looking to buy a house. Thank you Aspire Streatham for making this possible and move us in our house in less then 10 weeks, record time some people would say.

GoogleI picked Aspire Furzedown out of a few different estate agents to become the solo estate agent to facilitate the recent sale of my late mother’s home. It was a 5* service all the way. It was a pleasure to deal with Chris whom I met initially and he basically explained what they could offer me as my chosen estate agent. Then Isla and Alison whom both dealt with the viewings, some of the logistics and later the finer details of the sale. They were all very sensitive to the situation after the loss of my mother and making the difficult decision to part with our family home. They found a lovely family to purchase the property and they made me feel totally relaxed and supported at every turn. I would like to thank you all at Aspire Furzedown, for making the whole experience so smooth and I would definitely recommend them to anyone whom is looking for a professional family feel, where clear and open communication is given the whole way through.

On the mark with the valuation and we achieved asking price. Highly recommend them. Particular praise for Lauren as our point of contact for the sale. GoogleWe had the pleasure of dealing with Alison during our recent purchase and for the c.9 months we were looking or a house before that. She said she was determined she was going to find us a house and she was right! Alison was very helpful and always friendly and cheerful - qualities that should not be underestimated during the stresses of a property purchase. I had heard mixed reviews of (other) agents at Aspire prior to working with them ourselves, but Alison was great! We had open and clear dialogue at all times and built a good working relationship. So much so that I requested Alison remain my contact throughout the process and was very pleased when she agreed. Far better to keep a positive relationship that be passed between agents (IMHO). I would recommend seeking out Alison to anyone searching for a property in the Furzedown area.
