GoogleTHW couldn’t have done our house sale any better. From the estate agent through to the legal team. I would have no hesitation using THW again or recommending them to others. The fees were reasonable, we were constantly kept updated on progress and we had no issues that weren’t resolved quickly and efficiently. Joanne in the estate agents office was a pleasure to deal with.

GoogleIsla recently managed a house purchase in Furzedown for my husband and I and provided an excellent service! Over a 6 month period she showed us around several houses, during which time she took our preferences and budget seriously and gave us useful advice about the area. When we found our current house she managed the offer and purchase process efficiently and made herself available to answer our queries throughout. She was always friendly and professional and never rushed us or put any pressure on us. We would strongly recommend purchasing through Aspire and working with Isla.

GoogleAspire have just sold a property for me and it was a great experience. As a retired estate agent of many years, I can happily say that they offer an excellent customer service. If Estate Agency was just selling houses that would be easy, but it's an imperfect job due to the human factor and it's the dealing with people where you need expertise. Chris and the team at Aspire are friendly, professional and know their business. Support independent traders.

GoogleThe Worst Experience When Moving From Abroad. At the start of the lease, the house hadn't been cleaned. The toilets and bathroom were in an unsanitary state. The appliances were in appalling condition, and some didn't even work. The sink and washbasin drains were completely clogged with hair and other debris. How can they offer such a low-quality service to tenants? It's disrespectful. Avoid this agency!

GoogleI’ve switched to Aspire after a difficult experience with previous agents. I have a (very) small studio that I rent out and previous agents have made it clear that I’m not exactly a premium client. Aspire have from the moment I contacted them treated me the same as I think they would have if I had a six story mansion. They’ve been efficient, communicative, and open. I haven’t started my first tenancy with them yet but I feel comfortable and confident. Morgan Burke there has been very quick and helpful, as have everyone else I’ve dealt with (Alastair, Lily, Patrycja). Five stars.
