GoogleI recently purchased a house with Amelia from Aspire and I couldn't recommend her highly enough. Throughout all stages of the process, Amelia was diligent, kind, helpful and knowledgable - going above and beyond to make sure that the purchase remained on track.
Throughout buying the flat, Amelia was constantly on the phone, communicating between myself, the seller, and both of our solicitors to keep nudging the process along. As a first-time buyer I had no experience of how complicated the buying process can be, but Amelia kept me informed of all developments and was there to explain things and next steps. When frustrated with my solicitors, Amelia was there to vent to but also to reassure that everything would eventually go through (keeping me mentally sane in the meantime!).

The I.T. systems they have support the landlord and the tenant to deal with any issues thus managing the cause rather than having to deal with the effect.
First client to see our cottage is now our long term tenant and we feel very comfortable with the in depth referencing and checks completed also the change over of the utilities which saves headaches.
We would 100% recommend Thomson Hayton and Winkley in Kendal to anybody who is looking to let a property.
