Agents keep hanging up the phone, screening my calls, avoiding me or leaving me with vague and unclear reasons as to I am being refused a viewing. I then discovered that they are trying to avoid me because I have a dog. Basic level of respect is all I asked for. The second I posted a registry I got a message and a call from the agent yet again, with an excuse that they still don’t have access to the flat. Instead of lying just be honest. Based on this experience I do not recommend.

Hello, I had a very happy and successful experience with Rebecca from Aspire in Wandsworth Bridge Rd! I had been looking for a flat to downsize to from a house in Parsons Green. I had been looking for about a year and not seen anything that was suitable for me, and was ready to start renting for a time being! Then, I saw a flat in Aspire’s web page which prompted me to give them a call. Unfortunately, that particular flat was already under offer, but Rebecca immediately suggested that I should view and other one round the corner, which had just come to the market, wasn’t even on the web site yet! So that is what I did, and ended up making an offer almost immediately! I am now happy owner of that flat, thanks to Rebecca! I must also say, how very helpful Enna-May was, answering all my questions regarding the flat and offering her support! They are good listeners and very good at keeping in touch during the sale process! I would highly recommend them! Many thanks for all your help!

I can't thank Katie (Davies) enough for the fantastic way she handled my sale. No home sales are easy, but there seemed to be a lot of hurdles with mine - all from outside sources. Each time Katie addressed these issues and found ways around them. All with a lot of guidance, honesty, patience, empathy, support, and a genuine interest in working in my best interests.
