And their manager Alastair went out of his way and waited for us on a Saturday night to hand over the keys even though our flight was heavily delayed, thank you for that! GoogleThe lettings team at Aspire Balham; Jess, Marie & Johnny, were incredibly efficient in all aspects of letting our Balham flat. Jess was particularly welcoming, helpful & supportive. They organised viewings which resulted in a good choice of prospective tenants. They also arranged for a thorough inventory and incredible professional cleaners, which meant that the flat was in great shape for our new tenants. We are using Aspire to manage the property knowing that they will do a fantastic job, giving peace of mind to us, as landlords and to our tenants.

GoogleAs a first time buyer my experience with Aspire has been nothing less than amazing. Elizabeth in particular handled my purchase from the start and my first encounter was just before Xmas. I had sent her a big list of enquiries and was suprised to receive a thorough response the very next day and ever since then till the end of the purchase she has been extremely prompt, responsive, efficient especially when I had to chase parties for responses. I'd give more starts if I could. At the end of it all I'm extremely happy with my purchase.

GoogleThe property I moved out of was taken over by Aspire, specifically Chelsea and as with moving out it’s sometimes takes abit of time to update your addresses etc. Chelsea has been nothing short of amazing helping keep the post and arranging suitable times to collect these. Her great communication and speed replies has really helped ensure that I haven’t missed any post and was able to collect any packages as well!

GoogleI cannot speak to their dealings with locals, but as an international buyer, I sincerely regret ever encountering this establishment. I purchased a flat that was previously managed by this branch, and upon moving in, I discovered numerous issues, many of which had been reported before the sale but were left unaddressed: Underfloor heating pump, broken Gas boiler, not working Shower/bath tap, broken Kitchen extractor fan, broken Air ventilation system, non-functional Bedroom wardrobe, missing a sliding door Living room blinds, broken Toilet flush, broken Walls, cracks and exposed nails at the entrance and living room Cleanliness, superficial at best, with just a quick spray and mop Despite having a management agreement with the previous landlord, this branch completely failed in its duty to ensure the apartment was returned in its original condition. Their service is incompetent, unprofessional, and dismissive. The management team is opinionated, manipulative, and arrogant, preferring to shift blame rather than resolve issues, which is, ironically, what they are paid to do. If you are an international or EU buyer/investor, I strongly advise against dealing with this agency. The service quality is far below European standards and offers no value for money. For your own peace of mind, stay away.
Hi Andrea - very sorry to see such a poor review but I can see from internal records that this relates to a sale of a clients property and more specifically the condition of the property when you completed your purchase. I can understand that when viewing a property that was rented at the time through to seeing the property vacant when you completed can sometimes be a bit of a shock and clearly we only have very limited control as to the condition a clients property is left by an outgoing tenant. I would have thought that most of the items that you were concerned about would have been flagged in the homebuyers report you had done. Should you have concerns as to how the property was left then this would be down to any arrangements you may have agreed with the owner rather than ourselves who were simply the agent facilitating the sale. We pride ourselves on trying to provide an excellent service to our clients and customers alike so I am only sorry you may have misconstrued what is clearly a vendors liabaility here with our own.

Throughout the process Henry was very easy to contact and was super flexible with getting us access to the property on additional occasions. As first time buyers, we also had lots of questions throughout the process; Henry was very patient and always provided clear, thoughtful information and resources. She showed us around a gorgeous flat and was incredibly accommodating throughout the whole process. We needed to view the flat three times, and Zoe was always helpful and patient, answering all our questions with such kindness. Even after we put in our offer, she has continued to work hard to ensure everything goes smoothly for our move-in. GoogleAdam and the team were super helpful in listing our flat. We had 11 viewings within 3 days, and they managed to secure an offer well above asking price. From marketing the flat, to all of the work after the offer in getting contracts exchanged - they were so helpful. I would recommend Aspire to anybody.
