GoogleThis is the second time we’ve used THW estate agents and solicitors and again the whole transaction ran smoothly from start to finish. We would highly recommend them to anyone and all the staff have been wonderful. Lucas at the Kendal office looked after our property and we couldn’t have been happier with the service received. GoogleReally needed a 6th or 7th star for some of the ratings. Had one or two 'hiccups' (all my doing), but the team went above and beyond to get me through the issues and find me the perfect place. Friendly and extremely helpful agents have made what could of been a nightmare into an easy move...now just need to find where to put everything

GoogleOutstanding customer service throughout - THW have a great team with excellent communication skills. This is the first time we have let a property and Clare could not have been more helpful and informative, her professionalism and knowledge made the whole process smooth and stress free for us. Our property was very quickly marketed and let - can't recommend enough.

GoogleCharlie from Aspire handled our purchase in Stockwell - he did an excellent job - he made the whole experience seamless! Charlie is responsive and helped us throughout the whole purchasing process to ensure we exchanged contracts and completed the sale in time. He also did a great job negotiating the price and a number of other items that was part of the purchase, ensuring us and the seller had a deal that we were all satisfied with. Thank you Charlie!

GoogleI moved to Aspire having had no success with a competitor agent. Mat and team turned things around. viewings significantly increased to great effect as the properly sold relatively quickly thereafter. Nothing was too much trouble for Mat who were always on hand to assist. I'm hugely grateful to Aspire.

We had our offer agreed, and references were dealt with by Morgan in under 48 hrs! Speedy responses and really efficient service and loved working with them. Flat hunting can be a difficult process, but our lettings agent, Rebecca, was incredibly supportive, prompt with her communication and very professional. My flatmate and I are new to the London market, so we had many questions, all of which were answered with enthusiasm. Not to mention, we absolutely love our new flat!
