GoogleReally positive experience with Aspire. We were able to get a viewing instantly and Rebecca was great during the viewing answering our many questions. Both Rebecca and Morgan were amazing during the process of securing the property and were incredibly patient whilst we sorted everything on our end. Aspire and the team have made the moving process easy and stress free and now we are settled in our lovely new home. Thanks again!

GoogleI'm going to try to keep this short as I don't want Neil's head to explode with all the praise, but really: I can't recommend Neil Beglin and his team at Ewe Move in Brighton highly enough. I had a flat sitting on the market for a year and a half, waiting to be sold. Almost zero interest. The previous estate agents were nice people but frankly didn't have much of a strategy. Neil immediately rose to the challenge upon being instructed, managing a small but impactful renovation of the property, creating a brilliant marketing presentation (proper professional photography, CGI and persuasive copy), and managed the sales funnel like true pro. The result: a buyer found within a matter of weeks. The conveyancing took a while, but even then Neil made sure that communication flowed brilliantly between all parties involved. Thanks, Neil! Let's do it again sometime. ;)

We particularly worked with Isla who was wonderful, she really took the time to build a relationship with us and answer all our questions throughout the whole process. She was great at creating a smooth relationship between us and our sellers, ensuring we could visit the property multiple times before completion. GoogleI never saw the day that is what actually happened to me but it's happened I've heard young working professionals of colour from black and Asian young working professionals who have said they have been discriminated against Having letting agents been unprofessional disrespectful And prejudice What is really heartbreaking and really messed up in this is I was discriminated against by a person who was unprofessional and didn't present Present well she didn't even present professionally dress code she didn't professional Rebecca is unprofessional precious person I decided to make an offer I made an offer around the asking price and even if my offer was not successful there was zero communication from Rebecca zero There was no update there was no I will get back to you I will speak to the landlord on your offer you were successful you wasn't successful there was none of that I constantly called for an update to ask other professionals if there was any update because apparently she was busy apparently and this unprofessional behaviour is so disgusting so disturbing was very traumatic because I've had a young professional share this with me and I've had incidents of face in this kind of unprofessional and prejudice behaviour I don't judge people not people with the preference of I don't judge people on the colour of the skin I don't judge people if they are inspection and they have special needs I have respect and empathy and open mind towards people and it's really sad that I'm working hard and contribute to society I'm a hard-working young professional who wanted her own place in her own space and it was sorted in me having a traumatic experience with being charged because of the colour of my skin

She is a good judge of character, which is particularly important to us as she lets a property next door to us so we need to be able to get on well with the tenants. She is also a good judge of properties, and a good negotiator. She inspires confidence and is all in all a delightful person to do business with.

GoogleA big thank you to the team at Aspire - especially Chelsea - who handled the purchase of our dream flat in Balham. As first time buyers there were many aspects of the process we were unsure about, and Aspire were fantastic with their recommendations of a great solicitor and surveyor to use. Even when aspects of the purchase slowed down, they were patient with us and helped to push things through with the seller solicitor. Having rented in Balham for many years, we love the area so much and we're overjoyed to be able to finally buy here.
