Before doing so, I thought estate agents only really got involved until an offer was agreed, but Henry far exceeded my expectations during the subsequent protracted sales process and was instrumental in keeping everything moving. Would definitely recommend, as couldn't have done it by myself.

GoogleReally poor service by the Fulham branch. Was selling my flat and provided false and misleading information by the Sales Agents, Eliza and Katie Quartermine, which led to the buyers withdrawing. I have now logged a complaint and hopefully will get some resolution. I know the market is weaker but come on guys! Maintain some integrity!

She is a good judge of character, which is particularly important to us as she lets a property next door to us so we need to be able to get on well with the tenants. She is also a good judge of properties, and a good negotiator. She inspires confidence and is all in all a delightful person to do business with.

We particularly worked with Isla who was wonderful, she really took the time to build a relationship with us and answer all our questions throughout the whole process.
