GoogleA fantastic agent that has always been really friendly and helpful. Over the years of renting and try to sell Matthew has always been informative and honest. Christine's amazing! When things got really stressful & difficult, and looked like they were going to fall through, she worked so hard to get to the bottom of problems, and keep communication going. GoogleBuying a house in the UK is never really a pleasant experience, so having the right estate agent is key. Christine was helpful, punctual, informative, professional, no-nonsense, supportive and a great communicator. Our sale didn't go smoothly thanks to elements outside our control (banks, lawyers, paperwork), but Christine was key to keeping things on track. She didn't complain in opening up as I bought a billion different trades people through prior to completion. She really went above and beyond of what is a fair expectation.

GoogleWhat can I say, but what an agent!!!!!. The whole team are efficient, friendly and they do exactly what they say they are going to do when working with you. I am so very very happy I instructed Aspire to be my agent they worked quickly to market my property finding me a fabulous buyer within 10 days negotiated an amazing deal and they over delivered in their service during a very complicated sale and purchase. I can not thank Christine enough she is so lovely, warm, knowledgeable and so hardworking going over and above to be supportive and kept me calm when times got difficult. An especially fabulous service from an exceptional agent.

GoogleTerrible service as a tenant, problems with the return of my deposit and they were useless.

Hi Cathal - Sorry you are unhappy with your tenancy and return of your deposit. I should stress that we do not act as `property manager' for this property and therefore the management of the property including the return of your deposit is not within our direct control. We understand that due to a dispute between yourself and your landlord as to the condition the property was left in and rent that was outstanding the case is now with Tenancy Deposit Scheme to resolve. They will no doubt arbitrate between yourself and your landlord.

GoogleDo you want an awful agency? Do you want to be ignored when you have signed the terms of business? Do you want frustration? Do you want an unreliable service? Balham Aspire is the agency for you. To confirm the agents response to this review is false, obviously An awful estate agent. To be avoided. Do not take business to this agency. Lauren Burnett, Lorna Evans and Jonathan Hill were dealing with rental of my property. Despite my instruction not to, without my blessing/direct knowledge they signed a tenancy agreement on my behalf. They committed me to a tenant I did not want. When I complained to them they started delaying payment of rent they collected for no reason. It was only through money claim service of Her Majesty's Courts and Tribunal Services I got rent owed to me and collected by Aspire. Terrible service, unprofessional and untrustworthy. I specifically am dissatisfied in Lauren Burnett. She took the matter personal and for no legal backing, just because she disliked my complaint she blocked payment of rent to me.

As you are aware, Aspire were in receipt of signed Terms and Conditions and written instructions to proceed with the tenancy from you. I also understand that your rent was passed to you in the correct manner. All members of staff at Aspire take their legal and moral obligations very seriously and thus acted accordingly when you expressed your concerns about not wishing to continue with the tenancy. GoogleIf you are thinking of buying or selling a property we can thoroughly recommend ASPIRE Fulham, both the Munster Road and Wandsworth Bridge Road branches. From the initial valuation to completion they acted in a totally profession way, keeping us informed of developments every step of the way. Phone calls were always returned promptly and any queries that we had was always dealt without delay and with a minimum of fuss. GoogleI have been working with Kit for over a year now and find that he will go the extra mile to help get transactions over the line, be it by chasing the parties on either side of the transaction or assisting to obtain something that is outstanding from a third party. My experience of working with Kit is that he is very approachable and has his clients best interests at heart. I have always found that Aspire maintain a high level of service and professionalism throughout the transactions that I have acted in relation to. It is also nice to be able to pick up the phone and have, not only a friendly voice but also someone that understands the conveyancing process and will assist where possible.
