GoogleWe are now coming to the end of our tenancy due to a section 21 notice, and Ashtons have made the whole process stress free. Ashtons have secured another house that we can rent and move in just before our eviction date. I am especially thankful to Nicole Glover (asset manager) that has helped us with making our current tenancy a pleasurable experience. She organised our various maintenance work bookings and kept our hopes up during our section 21 notice. Nicole also put in a good word for us when applying for rent in another house, which proved successful. So, thank you Nicole for your hard work. Glad to know that you will continue to work with us in the new property. I also want to thank Oliver Meadows (letting associate) in helping us apply for the rent in our next property.

GoogleAshtons supported us with the sale of our property and I could not praise Willow more highly! She seemed to care as much as we did about getting it over the line - she was honest, efficient and so dedicated to the sale. We had tried to sell twice with another agent and had disappointing experiences so really want to flag how responsive Willow was - always getting back to emails and answering the phone when we had questions or concerns and dealing with them kindly and quickly. GoogleWe have recently completed on the sale of a probate property the service provided by Roland Jane Laura & Clare was excellent & seamless all the way through. From Rolands initial advice on price to the extra photographs taken after tidying the rear garden area nothing was too much trouble . Communication is first class with regular calls & emails from Laura Clare & Jane regarding viewings . Feedback was always given within minutes of the viewings being completed. Very kind honest & friendly Team would highly recommend i have no hesitation in using again should the need arise .

GoogleWe set out to sell our house enthusiastically believing we had a lovely home to sell. Sadly we were met by negative experiences on valuation by other local agents who seemed to place business needs above their clients. Laura at ewe move was a breath of fresh air. Her positive attitude confirmed to us that our house was more than worth selling and she expected our sale to do well. We also believe that Roland’s photographs of our home were was superior as was Laura’s written description of our home. Jane was also brilliant on steering our sale. And then Claire, who was very skilled at handling viewings. They made an excellent team and were strong communicators and good advocates for selling our property. We always felt in safe hands and would highly recommend
