GoogleI would really recommend Ashtons. Adam's went above and beyond to ensure a tricky chain stayed on track to secure a sale on our property at the right price. This allowed us into our fantastic new family home. He was very approachable and tenacious. I can't think of moving again right now but, if I did, I would hope that Adam could look after the sale. GoogleNick and Tracie dealt with the purchase of our new home. They were both extremely professional and I would thoroughly recommend Ashtons. Nick in particular went over and above what you would expect and managed to keep the purchase on track when it was looking like it was all going to fall apart. I would definitely use Ashtons next time I move house, but hope that won't be for a while!

GoogleJust sold our house through Ashtons in Redbourn. It had been on with another agent for 7 months with a local agent but Ashtons sold it within 4 months. Not all estate agents are the same. The location of Ashton's various offices means that marketing is wider and the staff are knowledgable about the areas they cover, which helps prospective buyers. Feedback is available on an online portal which is useful. The team who sold our house: Andrew, Cathy, Tracie, Robert, Alix and Gill were all highly professional and very efficient. I can definitely recommend Ashtons.

GoogleAfter using Ashton’s recently for our property sale, when my mum decided to move we did not hesitate on using Ashton’s Redbourn again. From the valuation with Nick to completion with Tracie the service was excellent. The whole team is brilliant , friendly and knowledgeable. Great value for money .

GoogleWe have just started the process of selling our house in Redbourn and chosen to use Ashtons as our agent. The team at Ashtons has worked hard to keep you informed every step of the way and are extremely efficient. Nick Robinson in particular has been excellent in giving us the right advice in terms of the market and in negotiating the sale of our house at the level we needed to allow us to proceed. At no point he pushed us to do a deal, he was calm, considerate to our position and did an amazing job in getting us to a price we were happy with. Nick has been extremely helpful and professional and really has done his best for us.
