I can't thanks Sam Ward enough for his help throughout the process in buying a property listed by Ashtons, he was friendly, professional and made sure things were done. GoogleWe’ve just completed the sale of our house with Ashtons in Stockton Heath. Adam was fantastic, he was always contactable and happy to spend time on the phone to try and help resolve issues. We had complications along the way, due to a variety of issues - Adam ensured the queries between the two parties were turned around quickly and that the negotiations remained constructive throughout. I genuinely don’t think the sale would have happened without him. Would certainly use Ashtons again in the future!

GoogleWe’ve just used Ashton’s in Stockton Heath to sell our house, and they were great. Nick was so enthusiastic from the very first visit and then went on to market the house brilliantly. The photos, copy and 3-d tour were top notch. We had a steady stream of viewings, all handled professionally and at times to suit the potential buyers. The buying process was a bit long and painful due to issues further down the chain but nick was always onto it, chasing solicitors regularly, and all credit to him that it completed when it did. We are really grateful to him for being so pro-active, positive and professional throughout, and for being an overall good egg. We would definitely recommend.
