GoogleRecently bought a house through Ashtons. I have to say they go above and beyond with their customer service. Very responsive at all times to communication and they were able to deal with difficult issues that will inevitably arise during the process of buying a property.

GoogleWe went with Ashton's as they provided the flats we were looking for. The service was great and Verity did extremely well in chasing our own solicitors to getting the deal over the line in the quickest time possible. Great work from the team and would highly recommend going to this estate agent for buying a property.

GoogleThey only listen when there is a contract to sign. The follow up service will ALWAYS fall in deaf hears. They become ghosts. Nice property but the service is INEXISTENT. Don't hold your breath.

GoogleHouse buying is often stressful anyway, but Ashtons made it much much worse. We were constantly misled and had unreasonable levels of pressure put on us (eg .being routinely told we were holding up the chain when it was their client, not us.). I've previously bought a house where the sellers didn't move out on completion. I would rather repeat that than ever deal with Ashtons again.

GoogleJamie and the team were so professional and caring with dealing with me and my friend in an uncertain time.
