With a one-off, unique designed home appealing to a small market audience, the Ashtons Team understood this so well and developed a plan that delivered on all fronts with the house sale finalized a few weeks ago. Special call-out to Harrison, Joshua, Greg, Rebecca, Kate, Jules, Gill, Amanda, Maggie, Karolina, Jason and Jane for their hard work and determination to get the job done. This Team’s approach to clients, empathy for the sellers’ concerns and ability to deliver are all outstanding and there was never any question or consideration from our side in using other agents. As tenants who work on variable pay, passing referencing in order to rent is super difficult but through Ashton’s and especially with Colin’s help, finding ways to improve our referencing application and show how committed we can be as tenants was an absolute life saver! We had been searching for a property for 3 months and with 2 weeks left to move out of my current property, we were starting to lose hope! Colin made the process so easy and communication was so fast which was super reassuring! Thank you!!

Ashtons in Redbourn are a pleasure to deal with. They are professional and kind giving lots of help and advice and liaising with all parties. They also kept an eye on the property for sale which was empty for some time waiting for probate. I would highly recommend them.

Having lived in a property managed by Ashtons for 18 months I must say that Candice Volkmer has been an absolute delight. She's always gone the extra mile and we've always felt like a priority. There were a few issues with the flat (not Ashton's fault), and she was always happy to help out with haste.
