From Tom who priced us correctly, Olivia getting the viewings booked in, Lisa doing the viewings and to Ellissa ensuring the whole process went through... You are a great team. I would recommend you and use again.... but im hoping not to sell anything that soon :) Keep up the good work guys!!

GoogleWe are currently in the process of selling our home & buying our next home through Ashtons. The process has been effortless thanks to the wonderland India in our Harpenden Branch. After initially putting the feelers out just to see what interest our property would have before going to market India had lined up prospective buyers with offers being made within days. India also arranged house viewings for us & we found our next house at the right price thanks to her great negotiations. We hope to complete over the next few weeks. All in all a very positive experience so far.

GoogleIf I could give less than 1 I would. Awful service from the start to the end. Damaged product was received, took over a month to resolve. Dismal customer service, no empathy & more concerned with not having to cover the cost of a new screen themselves rather than the manufacturer rather than helping a customer. Endless list of errors: 1. Order processed for an item that wasn’t even in stock 2. Sent another sized screen & still failed to process the refund for difference in price 3. Screen sent was damaged 4. Weeks before someone even came to collect it and say there was a fault 5. Delays in receiving a replacement & had to wait for the first one to be collected before issuing a replacement (bizzare) 6. Software wouldn’t work for weeks, after multiple calls with incompetent technical team 7. Poor returns and customer service Avoid for your own sanity.

GoogleWe’ve been really impressed with Ashtons. India Bunnage in particular has been immensely helpful in navigating a stressful and anxiety provoking situation; we have found her to be responsive and personable. Gill Cheesman has also been really helpful in organising quotes for conveyancers and surveyors, making the process easier. Overall a friendly yet professional service.

GoogleAwful management company. Takes months for them to sort anything. Caused me so much stress. Even nearly a year on the issues are not resolved. It doesn't matter how many times you call or email, they have all the excuses in the world.

GoogleAvoid. At the end of Tenancy they tried to claim our entire deposit. Luckily the TDS service saw through their greed and awarded us close to the full amount back.

GoogleWe have just used Ashtons St Albans for renting our 4 bed house. They have been extremely professional and got us more rent than they quoted us.
