GoogleAbsolutely appalling letting service. No repairs carried out over more than 2 years despite all defects being reported but all done once the tenancy was over. Letting manager then repeatedly lied to try and make deductions from the deposit - a firm to AVOID

GoogleNever experienced such awful estate agents. We were misled to rent a property that wasn't suitable. Within days we complained and asked for alternative options, but were never provided with any. The service and property management from Ashtons throughout our tenancy was appalling. They never sorted out any issues, requested constant access to the building, didn't inform any tenants of major construction work taking place at the property, and our complaints always fell on deaf ears. The attitude of the agents stinks, we were told to simply move elsewhere but were given no support to do so. In the end, our entire building (5 flats) made a joint formal complaint, in which Astons were even unable to comply with their own complaints procedure and they deflected the blame onto the Landlords (who had been more than helpful)... We have now reported them to the property ombudsman, who will hopefully stop Ashton's agents from misleading their customers and providing terrible service.

GoogleMany thanks to Ashtons for finding a buyer for my property, and helping me to find a property to buy: Being severely visually impaired it was very hard for me to view a property, but Jack Griffin was extremely kind and took me to several viewings. He was really good at guiding and telling me where steps were, and describing the property features and drawbacks. He also learned the problems and difficulties people with sight loss have. He found me a property, that when decorated and updated, will be a lovely place for me to live. I would recommend Ashtons to my friends, especially those with sight loss. Thank you. Patricia

GoogleAshtons recently handled the sale of my parents bungalow. I met Rob, he chatted with me and explained the whole selling process. Rob did the valuation and then handled the sale, keeping me updated through out. I found the whole process as stress free as selling a property can be. GoogleExcellent service right through our recent purchase. All the staff were very friendly and responsive. Julie progressed everything very professionally and we would definitely recommend Ashtons. They even surprised us with a really lovely gift when we collected the keys.
