Alex and Lillie at Ashtons were absolutely fantastic in helping us purchase our first home! From the day we put in our offer on the property, they kept us informed of each step of the way, which was invaluable as first time buyers who needed all the guidance we could get! They were quick to communicate anything we needed between ourselves and the sellers and checked in frequently to make sure things were all on track on our end. We were so thankful for their time and they were truly so friendly to us whenever we called or asked for advice. We were so grateful for the speedy turnaround - from us making our offer in the middle of November, to receiving the keys in the middle of February, it was all a blur but in the best way! We are so thankful too for the welcoming gift box provided by Ashtons - we thoroughly enjoyed our first cup of tea and some biscuits in our new house after collecting our keys! Once again, a big thank you to the team at Ashtons, particularly Lillie and Alex - wishing you all the best for your futures.

Had the misfortune of dealing with Amber Bashforth, dismissive and discriminatory. The interaction with this estate agent lacked the neutrality, professionalism, and duty of care that one would expect in a transaction of this significance. Impossible to trust a transaction by this agent. In response to your reply: To clarify, my concern is not about the outcome of the purchase, which I fully understand is the seller’s decision. My issue relates solely to the manner in which the situation was communicated. During our interaction, I found the communication to be dismissive and not in line with the level of professionalism and impartiality I would expect. I also note that my concerns were not addressed in a substantive way, either in this response or through the formal complaint process. I have raised this matter formally and will be pursuing it through the appropriate channels.

I needed a Valuation. I looked at a few agent reviews first and called up Ashtons. I spoke to Courtney who managed to get a booking for the very next day. About 20 minutes before the appointment I received a call to say Hannah had been delayed on a viewing due someone turning up late but they will be with me shortly. A few minutes later there was a knock on the door and Peter who was in the area attended instead. He inspected the property thoroughly and answered all my questions. No pushy estate agent spiel at all. Everyone I dealt with was lovely. Well recommended.

We have to say the Ashtons team have really lived up to their reputation. We recently bought our home through them and it was a great experience from start to finish. There are a couple of names we would like to mention who have really helped us over the last few months of our move. Firstly, Julie who was extremely patient with us even throughout our most stressful times, Julie was always available to speak to and kept us up to date throughout the process. We would also like to thank Mike and Robin who we met with on our viewings. Both were very professional and charming in their own way. Amazing service. My partner and I felt very reassured and comfortable throughout the whole process. Any questions or concerns we had were answered and dealt with swiftly. Isabel was incredible and we just want to thank her for being so attentive. Before we signed for this property we had been set on a different property with a different agency, but we were not as happy with the servce given by the other agency. In comparison after meeting with Isabel at the Ashtons property, we sent an application in immediately as she was incredible throughout the whole process and the property was great too.
