Googlevery slow and poor communication, they don’t respond to emails or bother to pick up phone calls in lettings, when you finally get through they take 2 weeks to send a simple video of a property and then they cancel your property viewing the day of 1 hour before the scheduled time when you have travelled 4+ hours to get there, absolutely terrible service i would never ever recommend to anyone
