GoogleI have been with Ashbrookes for a year and have happily renewed my tenancy with them. The staff are polite, responsive and helpful. Any issues or queries I have raised have been handled professionally and timely. Prices have risen however these appear to be in line with current rates. Overall I am a happy tenant and would recommend Ashbrookes to friends and family.

TrustpilotBeware! Unethical Housing Agency Engaging in Deposit Retention Tactics
I had a deeply disappointing and frustrating experience with this agency, and I feel compelled to share my negative experience to warn others about their unethical practices. As a student, I entrusted them with my housing needs, only to be taken advantage of when it came time to retrieve my deposit at the end of my tenure.They find ways & means to retain students' hard-earned money. Throughout my tenancy, I took great care of the property, adhered to all agreed-upon terms, and left the place in the same condition as when I moved in. Despite this, I was stunned to discover that they were attempting to withhold a significant portion of my deposit without any valid justification and on top of it telling me that I must pay council tax as a student.It is clear that the agency prioritizes profit over integrity and customer satisfaction. Their disregard for ethical business practices and their unwillingness to engage in fair and transparent dealings are deeply concerning. I strongly advise anyone considering renting through this agency to proceed with caution.

GoogleAVOID I’m a landlord with multiple student lets after 6 months in my rents stopped spoke to agents and couldn’t get through when I did they told me there’s a glitch on system it’s been 9 months still no rent! I have now taken legal action against this company
Dear David, Unfortunately we do not recognise your name or details and I can confirm we do not owe anyone funds. We are client money protected and our rents are managed and paid out by a 3rd party company therefore there is no need for us to withhold rents. Nonetheless if you do have concerns you can always complain to the property redress scheme or moneyshield and we can prove there is nothing of that sort.
