GoogleThis is the worst agency you will ever try to me There will frustrate the live out of you and still threaten you. Immigrant hating on other immigrants especially daniyaal who doesn’t have any customer service skills or know how to talk to customers with respect only to threaten them with email. Ashbrookes Estate Agents please read your agreement and tell us if we are wrong by paying rent and don’t get what is in the agreement.

When I initially went into Ashbrooks in Yarm Helen impressed me with her local knowledge not only the area but my house and street! I got 3 estate agents to value my house and Helen really understood my needs. I was not in any rush and she believed in my house from the onset. I'll be honest people questioned me going with Ashbrooks as there are more established agents in Yarm but I trusted the process and their knowledge. Helen and her team made the entire process as smooth as one could ask for. The house exchanged this week and I am beyond thrilled that I went with this agency. I would highly recommend from start to finish and value for money. Thank you!

GoogleI couldn’t praise and recommend the experience I’ve had with Ashbrooks and the lovely Clare anymore if I tried. From start to finish Clare has been brilliant, nothing but a delight and always helpful. The whole experience from start to now has been made a lot easier with the clear lines of communication, the thorough dedication to helping us and advice to guide us through it all.

GoogleCurrently in the process of moving into one of their houses and so far they've been absolutely brilliant. Were dealing with Claire and she's doing a fantastic job making the process really fast and really simple unlike other agencies such as manners and Harrison. These guys are flexible and very helpful in getting information we need. Definitely recommend.

i have invested 150 000 GBP in their project one year ago. they told me that they will pay me back the amount plus interest , but they did not pay. i ask them several time via email, and WhatsApp, but they are not replying. it is a fraud scam business

Danny is a great help in ashbrookes! I really appreciate what he has did for me in the last 1 week! I was really stressed upon my travels to the uk however he made this experience very smooth, as soon as I arrived my property was ready to move in to. Everything was confirmed and did prior to my flight which was a huge relief

I have to say, Daniella Johnson is an absolute credit to the company. She carries herself with such professionalism, empathy, and grace that she instantly sets a positive tone in every interaction. Her approach is refreshing, calm, composed, and full of genuine care. People feel heard and respected when speaking with her, and she truly represents the best of what the company stands for. Daniyaal Reaz, on the other hand, is quite the opposite experience. His communication style, particularly over email and phone, often comes across as unnecessarily aggressive and loud, yet in person, the energy completely changes. It’s almost as if the confidence disappears when faced with real conversation. This inconsistency has not gone unnoticed, and frankly, it reflects poorly on the organisation. It’s unfortunate because several tenants have expressed similar frustrations, noting how his attitude and lack of professionalism can make interactions unnecessarily difficult. It would be a shame if his behaviour continued to overshadow the great work others, like Daniella, are doing, or worse, drove tenants away altogether.

GoogleThis agency is absolutely uninterested in solving any issues you face. Every complaint is met with a generic “contact the landlord” or a hello “sorry to hear that”, never any real action. They leave all tenant disputes unsolved, letting people suffer emotionally and mentally while they look away. When it comes to your deposit, be prepared, they will try every excuse in the book to keep it. They completely fail to explain the moving-out process, so you get charged extra for days you never even stayed. Avoid this agency and look for a better one. Don’t put yourself through what so many others have suffered. Choose wisely.

GoogleAbsolutely fantastic service from Ashbrookes from start to finish. Harj (apologies if the spelling is wrong!) showed us the rental property & was friendly, non judgmental & informative. Clare took over from that point & what can I say… Efficient, kind & went over & above to secure the property for my daughter & granddaughter. I cannot recommend them enough. I hope the company are aware of how lucky they are to have staff like this. In my experience it can be rare these days!
