Popped into ask about a property and was very impressed with their customer service, knowledge and help in looking for a house, if i decide to sell my home i will be definitely using them. I also asked advice about selling a rental property we have, as I was tired of managing it myself with all the Landlord requirements now, it's a minefield making sure you are all upto date with legislation. I was that impressed with Amy and her knowledge I went back a week later and gave her the management of the rental property to do for us. Great knowledge, great fees, great business. Well done

Amy the Sales & Lettings director actually takes the time to speak with clients! She’s knowledgeable & even told me which of my portfolio not to sell yet as I wouldn’t achieve the correct money. All the other agents I spoke to told me to put them all on, which is obviously in their interest and not the best advice for me as a client. Amy advised Ashbrookes can manage works to get my property up to the best standard to sell & where my next purchases for Holiday let’s should be. Excellent knowledge. Never spoken to such an informed estate agent. Thank you Amy!!!
