GoogleRight from the start Archer Bassett were there to deal with the viewings and report back. Regular updates and discussions were held with regards the housing situation and prices. GoogleI dealt mainly with Stephanie at Archer Bassett and from the start she was so friendly, personable and I instantly felt at ease with her. She always got back to me if I had any questions with a quick response and nothing ever felt like too much trouble. I would definitely recommend :)

GoogleI live in a house that's made into 2 flats, I own the front garden and the lady upstairs rents from a private landlord. The landlord told me he was going to maintain the back garden which was overgrown. Archer Bassett take the rent for it. There are so many rats running around and also dead rats which I have to remove, I can't have my windows open due to the amount of flies coming into the window. I have spoken to this estate agents 3 times about this. They tell me that the owner is ignoring their emails. I'm stressed out now and my cats are injuring themselves on all the stingers and thorns that are in there. if nothing is done I will bag the dead rats up and drop them off at the estate agents. All they care about is their money.

GoogleRented a property from them this time last year, absolute shambles. The property had mould, smelt so bad of dog, we tried absolutely everything and even brought a carpet cleaner, this didn’t help. The bathroom window didn’t open, and we didn’t have a vent, woodlice infestation. We didn’t have a key for half of the windows to open them. The front door didn’t close properly, it had a big gap at the bottom letting in cold air. We was absolutely freezing considering it was September/October. Barry was an aware of this before we moved into the property. The property had a fuse board that shouldn't be there, because it has no RCD protection. And we had no certificate provided for that fuse board. The person above us was an absolute nightmare, vacuuming ridiculously early in the morning and intentionally banging on the floor. Again, Barry was aware of this before we moved in. The amount of stress I was under, while being pregnant. We was only released from the property as long as they kept our deposit, despite the many issues, such as the mould making us unwell. Ammonia from the dog urine in the carpets also caused us to be unwell, causing us to take time off work.
