GoogleRecently brought a property through this estate agent. Everything was fine until, I noticed there was debts on the gas meter. Rang the estate, was told I need to speak to the gas supplier to clear the debt off myself. It is such pain trying to resolves some one else debts. Why can’t they get in touch with the vendor to clear the balance off??? That really upsetting for me. I ll be in touch with solicitor to resolve this issue. Very unhelpful from Stephanie Taylor. Saying that they are only selling the property for the vendor and they have nothing to do with the gas meter ‘s debts. Very unprofessional and lazy. Could have email the vendor to pay off his debts.

Didn't send any emails back over after contact even upon chasing them. Instantly put me off and so I have now gone else where. If they treat people enquiring like this I can only imagine how poor the customer service is when signed up with them. I had 3 properties I wanted an agent to let out. Was made to feel like I shouldn't have called at all or bothered them. Definitely would never recommend Archer Basset from the experience I had.
