From initial appointment through completion, I was always treated like a human being. Over the course of the sale, I got to speak with and know most of the team and they all worked diligently, authentically and honestly to get my sale over the line (which also included so many shenanigans from the other side's lender!). Look for another agency, you cannot trust them.

GoogleArcher Bassett take all the worry and stress out of selling or letting a property as I have done both of the above through them now. They are with you every step of the way and fully manage all aspects of letting a property out finding suitable tenants and dealing with everything for what I consider a reasonable fee with no crafty hidden extras.
I know it sounds like an old cliché but the staff really cannot do enough for you even the directors get involved to ensure everything goes really smoothly during the letting process or the sale of a property so I would one hundred percent recommend you trust their skills and expertise and I have not and would not ever use any other sales or letting agent because with Archer Bassett you truly get that personal touch which the others do not give you.
