GoogleWe have used Archer Bassett for managing our rental property and subsequent sale of the property. For both services, they were professional, efficient and excellent communicators. They gave us very good advice re the sale and marketing of the property, which sold STC within days of being advertised. Would definitely recommend.

GoogleBeing a tenant for 2.5 years, just moved out as needed a bigger house, I would recommend Archer Bassett to others as they provide excellent service and professionalism. They also follow strict covid guidance as only one tenant was allowed for a viewing appointment and only 1 appointment a day, wearing face masks as well. GoogleWe have been in UK for the past 10 years and had been travelling a lot and stayed in different houses..but never I saw such unprofessional agency. Had problems with flat which we quoted in the first few months of arrival, which were not addressed to till the end of tenancy which is almost a year now.

GoogleCan’t give less than 1 star, the least professional letting agency. No response for calls and emails, not bothered to give a proper reason why application was not accepted. Have to wait 10 days and make multiple enquiries. Try and stay away if you want to avoid bitter experienceNegativeResponsiveness, Professionalism

GoogleBeen waiting for viewing 2 weeks. It was Saturday in the same day they told me as the have to change my iewing On Monday Then callwd me on Saturday and informed me as someone paid holding deposit. They does not give chance to everyone. Totally poor agency l.NegativeProfessionalism
