GoogleThe most worst let in agency. I paid deposit to hold one house and after they check my references and rejected my, hold my money. Before that I asked if I apply and don't give me house can I recuperate my deposit? They said yes. And now send me message because I have low credit score. Y rent house not buy.... This people are rasist and trick people who don't speak English like my. Rubbish agency with rude people.

GoogleEver since they took over Albright's I've had nothing but problems with them. They do 6 monthly property checks and they said they wouldn't pass us cause there was clothes on the bed, food on the side and washing up in the sink they went on to say there cracking down dirty property's and mines far from it. It's not like theres needles or bin bags all ova the floor

GoogleNot reliable at all, worst agents I have ever dealt with. After a month of leaving the property and calling them several times a week every week still unable to get my deposit back. Everytime they try to come up with new charges and excuses to deduct more mondy and delay the refund.I dont recomment them at all.

GoogleIF THERE IS ZERO STAR I WILL RATE THEM They booked me for a view for the property and they told me call as at the day of viewing I called them and they said It is not exciting anymore. But I realised the story, the booked many different people and they do the same with everyone I stopped searching for a house because the told at viewing you can reserve the house for £225. Unprofessional agency . Unfriendly staff. AVOID THEM PLEASE 👎

GoogleAfter trying to get myself a flat I was never returned calls and was avoided like the plague so all in a all was one of the worst experiences I have ever had and has really upset me as I really had to move out ASAP . Im not one to write bad reviews however after the disgraceful customer service I've ever recieved I felt obliged to do so

Googlerented from these for over two years, they took over albrights, repairs not carried out ,shocking customer relations as calls never returned. After we moved out our landlord agreed we should receive our full deposit,they would not complete the DPS form to return our money. Wonder how they would have dealt with us not paying rent
