GoogleThe sales and purchase problem was a nightmare, but that was down to the persons purchasing my place and also my estate agent as seller, what makes this very clear is the contrast between good and bad agents, Anthony Pepe is for me a great agent, they we’re available and punctual and uncomplicated, all that you should expect.

GoogleAnthony Pepe had part managed my property for 7 years & as a Landlord I was always impressed with their professional approach, excellent communication & seeing the general pleasure they took in the work they do & the service they provided. I decided to sell my property in September 2023 & I have experienced the same level of care throughout the process to ensure a smooth running sale. They are a great team & considering how busy the office is they always get back to you if you have a query.

GoogleBrilliant experience buying a flat through Anthony Pepe. Despite being stressful, the vendors estate agent communicated between us and the seller and at times I really think the sale may have fallen through without their expertise!

GoogleAnthony Pepe are always very responsive and very clear with their communications, including quotes for any work required. This is crucial for a landlord, especially when unforeseen problems like leaks happen and we need a quick response. This is very much appreciated by myself and my wife as landlords and by our tenants, a family with 3 children.

We liked the system employed by Anthony Pepe where the buyers are asked for a deposit to secure the property initially. It gave us a sense of security at a time when our family was going through bereavement as did the confident experienced and professional way that Anthony Pepe staff responded promptly to our needs.
