Our experience with Anthony Pepe has been nothing short of brilliant right from the first call. Anna was amazing, doing a thorough video call for our virtual viewing, and then met us to show the property in person. We were very impressed with our experience with Andy Loizou at Anthony Pepe. We had previously tried to sell the flat with a different estate agents and hadn't had a very positive experience so we were nervous to embark on the process again but it was completely different experience with Andy. From the start Andy was really clear on his recommendations to ensure we successfully sold the property in the shortest amount of time possible, for a realistic price. Andy was extremely knowledgeable about the market and gave us good advice on pricing, while always supporting our decisions as the home owners. The photos taken / marketing was very high quality and all of this resulted in a high level of viewings and numerous offers on the table within a couple of weeks. We were thrilled! Throughout the sale process (which had it's inevitable challenges!) Andy was always extremely approachable, responsive and helpful in resolving any challenges we faced. We felt very well supported and looked after throughout and would strongly recommend Anthony Pepe to anyone looking to sell their property - thanks Andy!

Fantastic service from the word go - they made it look easy. We initially met Mark Sivell who valued our property and he gave us some great advice on how to market it. Dealing with Mark was pretty easy and he found us a buyer and negotiated the sale within 11 days. Our file was then passed over to Maria. Mark was very, very, good but Maria Zorlakkis is an absolute superstar! Her communication was second to none, she replied and forwarded emails promptly, often after hours, answered our queries promptly and she couldn't have done any more. We've now moved out of the area but if were ever in Anthony Pepe's catchment area in the future, I wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

Anna is an absolute credit to her profession and an asset to Anthony Pepe. She was the ultimate professional from the moment I called the agency to book a viewing all the way through to completion. She was always on hand to answer all my queries and explained all the steps very clearly at every stage. I was new to processes like Goodlord and Kudoscredit but she guided me throughout the process and ensured I fully understood the steps, which helped me to carry them out successfully. I was not only impressed by her immaculate professionalism and efficiency, but also her friendly demeanour and very welcoming and helpful attitude. She greeted us with a warm smile from the beginning and worked tirelessly to help us secure a dream flat, always available to  answer my endless list of queries in prompt and efficient manner. So from the bottom of my heart, I really thank you Anna for a sterling service and all you did for us and i am sure you will go on to have a glowing career and that is the least you deserve. Someone is always on hand to field any questions. Prompt responses over email is the norm here and everyone is really friendly. Buying a property through Anthony Pepe was a smooth process in what is usually deemed a stressful thing to go through.
