I found Anthony Pepe to be a most efficient , professional and responsive agency to deal with, from start to finish. It was a real pleasure to have such a competent agency to help a Scotsman through the English processes in selling a home in North London. Nothing was too much trouble, throughout their well-trained team.

Outstanding property maintenance team

I’m a contractor for Anthony Pepe and have been working on their properties for about 5 years now. Joanne, Theodora, Katie and the rest of the team always want the properties to be kept to a high standard and with are always quick to get issues sorted out when they appear. It’s a pleasure working for Anthony Pepe and hope to do so for many more years.

Constant marketing emails, no way to get them to stop

They won't remove me from their mailing list. I receive marketing emails from them despite having clicked 'unsubscribe' in the emails and contacting them direct asking them to remove me. They just keep sending them and it seems there is no way to get them to take me off the list. They clearly don't care.

Paolo and Andy gave their all to market and sell my flat. The flat sale was launched just after the disastrous Truss/Kwarteng budget - so during challenging times. This did not deter Paolo and Andy. They used their skills and knowledge to ensure that the best sale price was achieved. I don’t think I would have had the same outcome with another estate agent.

Thanks Gavyn

Gavyn was a great selling agent - he was proactive, quick to respond and always easy to get hold of, as well as being extremely personable and amiable. He knew exactly what we were looking for and, indeed, gave us a call before a set of house viewings to recommend a property that was not yet on the market - that house ended up being the dream property and is the one we’ve just completed on!
