GoogleWorked with them for 5 years and they are very reasonable and communicative, and have I had no issues in that time.

GoogleWe have rented a house from Anthony Pepe, and they have been the most unresponsive people to fix the repairs in the house. Even the renting process was tedious and stretched. Do not recommend them AT ALL. Pretty ridiculous agency in my opinion.

Special thanks to Andy Loizou for his exceptional market knowledge, outstanding communication skills, keeping us informed every step of the way from valuation, marketing, viewings to completion, ensuring everything proceeded to a smooth and final transaction. Five star rating for Andy Loizou and his team for organising the sale of my house in Hornsey. Andy worked very hard to secure the best possible price and the team kept me well informed right up to exchange of contracts. There were many issues to sort out with the buyer and indeed with the buyer’s buyer. Andy was brilliant at navigating through the problems and never failed to give me the best advice throughout. I highly recommend.

GoogleHad a great experience with Andy and the team. They achieved two fantastic offers above asking price and when one of the buyers changed their mind mid way through the process Andy smoothly re agreed the offer with another buyer. Second property they’ve sold for me - would highly recommend and Andy has been fantastic on my search too always on hand to offer advice.

Well done Gavyn and team. We just sold our house through the Palmers Green team during a bad market. We had had a sale fall through with another estate agent and had already offered on our next place so found ourselves in a very tough position of having to possibly walk away from the house we really wanted to buy. Gavyn and team got me another offer within three days. We did price the house lower than we’d hoped but with interest rates not moving easily, we knew that if we weren’t very competitive we might be waiting a while and we just wanted to move forward. Gavyn stayed engaged and on top of the deal through to completion and gave honest and sincere feedback. Overall top marks for these agents.

GooglePaolo and Andy gave their all to market and sell my flat. The flat sale was launched just after the disastrous Truss/Kwarteng budget - so during challenging times. This did not deter Paolo and Andy. They used their skills and knowledge to ensure that the best sale price was achieved. I don’t think I would have had the same outcome with another estate agent.
