TrustpilotSale of Crouch End Flat, Coolhurst Road
Josh, the manager at Crouch End, was always there, responsive, quick to communicate, and willing to listen to any issues that came up around the sale. At no point did he make me feel railroaded into making a decision I was not happy with. He was able to offer empathy when the first buyer withdrew for lack of funds and to get the process going again, with consistent effort throughout the various ups and downs of the process. Finally getting ot the point of completion - at no point did I feel Josh's interest wane even when juggling many other sales as well. The team was responsive and clearly well led by Josh making a very effective unit together. I am very grateful to the staff at Anthony Pepe for sticking with it and seeing my sale through to final completion. Many thanks!

They had a great understanding of the local market, able to communicate problems in the transaction effectively and made the process as smooth as it could be. I would highly recommend to anyone thinking of selling their place in the Haringey and Crouch End areas.

From the very first phone call it was obvious Paolo was going to go above and beyond in his commitment and support in the sale of my flat. He was professional , highly knowledgeable, super diligent, and supportive in the search for a buyer. He was available any time to talk through the process, and give his advice and support in what proved to be a tricky sale. I absolutely felt he left no stone unturned in getting potential buyers in for viewings, whilst always having my best interest as the seller at heart. Thank you Paolo, I really appreciate your effort! I would definitely recommend using Paolo and Anthony Pepe, and would trust them with any sale. GoogleGeorgina was really helpful and organised everything needed for a quick tenancy start date efficiently and quickly. I was moving from my previous flat due to a leak and Georgina was happy to answer all my questions / give me advice on the best way to secure the new tenancy in the competitive London renting market. Everything for the move was organised in a week. It was also nice knowing Anthony Pepe have physical offices in the city. Definitely recommend!
