GoogleMy wife and I just moved to London and, while looking for a flat, we were strongly refered to Anscombe & Ringland. There we met Vera Wang, an amaizing professional, extremely helpful and knowlegeable. Vera took us to visit the two options they had that closely matched out budget. She quickly understood our priorities and at the visit highlighted the positive aspects and pointed out the setbacks of each property. By far were the best two options we've seen. We've never rented in London and Vera patiently helped us with all the details and answered all of our of questions (and we had A LOT of questions).
Unlike a few other estate agents we've encountered, Vera is very dependable and showed genuine willing to help us. She explained all the costs and expenses involved so we had no unpleasant surprises. Sensitive to to our budget she even helped putting a winning proposal for the landlord. She has our highest recommendation!

I finally went to Anscombe and Ringlad and Jerome Colmans showed me the flat that I'm in at the moment. I have to say unlike many other agencies, after asking some questions, without wasting even a minute of my time, he showed me the exact place that was most suitable for me. More importantly, he helped me a lot through the contract and the whole process. He made everything simple although my case was in a crucial time and situation.

GoogleWe met Gideon Heilpern when we expressed interest in buying a property in SJW. I was immediately impressed with how professional and personable he was. My husband and I are very different people and he seemed able to connect with us each equally and mediate our views on the property (an invaluable skill for an agent to have). He was patient and accommodating - meeting us on 3 separate occasions to view the property. He was always punctual and never made us feel rushed. He had a good sense of space and architecture which helped during the "brainstorming" process of how the property could be renovated and space best utilized. Ultimately, we decided we were not in a position to buy the property. However, Gideon left such a positive impression that when, several months later, we decided to move to St Johns Wood and rent I immediately contacted him. Unfortunately, he works exclusively on sales and so was unable to accompany us on our rental search. However, he was gracious in referring us to his colleague who proved equally energetic and committed to outstanding customer service. Gideon has proved himself a great team player in providing such a wonderful referral but also an invaluable asset to Anscombe and Ringland. I would not hesitate in working with the agency and Gideon in the future (or refering a friend) on the strength of our positive experience with Gideon.
