GoogleI dealt with Neela Patel during the process of making an offer on a property. I had previously dealt with staff at this agency who didn't take any interest in my particular circumstances and had not seemed willing to facilitate negotiations on price between the seller and myself. However, as soon as Neela got involved, she was very active in looking at the needs of both the seller and myself and she successfully negotiated a sale that balanced the interests of both parties. She communicated my particular circumstances to the seller, and took full account of the market environment at the time to make astute observations and recommendations. This resulted in a successful purchase of the property, with Neela also providing excellent service after the offer was accepted through to completion of the sale. Googlei have been looking for 3 years for an apartment to my liking in the St John's wood and Made Vale area . i dealt with few agencies . But then i got introduced to Chancelors through my family that have been their clients for so many years . Dealing with Chancelors was prompt and focused . we had two visits during which we visited few properties .The first visit properties were not as expected . But the second visit only we found the required apartment as by then the Chancelors consultants became aware of our preference and suggested accordingly . We did not have to take 100 trips to less liked apartments . I dealt with Adam , Ian and Dean. I wish to particularly command Dean on his professionalism .We were met by some challenges with the seller and his solicitor . Dean stepped in and managed very well what could have turned into a conflict . He showed exceptional negotiations and communication skills both ways and he made sure both parties were happy with the final arrangement . Dealing with Dean was a pleasure and I recommend his leadership and his efficiency for those that wish to buy a property in a prompt manner .

GoogleDominic is good guy but Jack Vacher not. We now moved to Marylebone but got better place Jack trying to cheat us pretend other offers but no offer no buyer. We not from London we from Arabia and he take advantage

GoogleMy partner and I had the WORST experience with an agent called Jack last year in summer. He was dishonest about accepting our offer. He confirmed a townhouse twice in writing. After the initial legal process started, Jack withdrew the townhouse. We were left stranded from New York, with our furniture en route & ended up staying in a hotel temporarily with my partner & paying even more to store all our deliveries. Payment had even been taken from us by this agency. We were extremely horrified by this estate agency. I just want to warn others out there that we found much better agents in St John’s Wood.

GoogleThis particular branch is fraudulent they advertise old properties they once had to seem as though they still have plenty of properties in portered buildings. I live in abbey house Westminster and they have an ad for a property in my building. I cannot say the flat number but I will be in contact with the landlord to notify them as it’s effecting my sale. Another agency also has the same property on the market for £125,000 more. They’ve also had it up since 15th May 2018 and refuse to take it down by claiming it’s under offer. I’ve messaged them numerous times and it seems it’s been under offer now for a year and a half!!! Wow these must be the slowest negotiations ever. Absolute clowns.

GoogleOliver and Abi at the Notting Hill branch made my move very easy. Both were excellent in communicating with me and were always helpful and understanding. Would recommend both as the go to people when looking for somewhere to rent.

GoogleMy fiancé and I recently moved to London from Australia and were having a lot of trouble finding an apartment. We were thankful to find Zoe Sophocles from Anscombes who was patient, persistent, and was not overly "salesy" (this is something that irks me about other estate agents). Zoe ended us showing us three great apartments that fit our requirements and were within our budget, something that other agents struggled to do. We made an offer on one of the apartments and moved in a week later. If we end up moving apartments we will definitely get in touch with Zoe and Anscombes.

GoogleWe bought our first London flat working with Roy (RJ) Peach. RJ has been extremely professional, responsive, efficient (and a pleasure to deal with!) from the start. As deals are always more complicated than they initially appear, RJ’s help was instrumental in helping us navigate through the process and ultimately close the deal with a good result achieved for both the vendor and us. We would definitely recommend RJ to all prospective buyers and sellers of residential property in the neighbourhood.
