GoogleThey were doing a great job to rent out the flat, but they have performed only the minimum during our stay and when we moved out, the agency claimed from us all the redecoration and repair costs what are related to the poorly built property normal amortization, but not our fault. Greedy, malicious attitude, disappointing. Update 25.06.2022: We have received this week the decision of the Deposit Protection Service independent adjudicator - the Annafield can keep only 20% of the claimed deposit and we, the tenants received back the 80% of the disputed deposit, because the agency did not have satisfactory proof or legal base to claim this amount of money from us. Thank you for the help of DPS!
Thank you for your comments, criticisim can also be a positive to help us improve our service. As you are aware the final inspection was carried out using the original inventory report you signed as a bench mark for the condition of the property. I tried to contact you in the days following this to discuss but you didn't respond. Inasmuch as it made what had been a good tenancy come to an uncomfortable end I have to say I stand by my findings. As neither party can agree an independant arbitrator has now been assigned. I wish you the very best in your new home.

I can without a doubt say that Annafields have surpassed my expectation as a service provider from the point of view of a renter. They are prompt and courteous in all interactions. In all regards I have found them to be exceedingly reasonable and professional.

GoogleThis is the second time I have used Colin as I found him fabulous on an earlier property sale. Once again he has gone over and above to ensure my sale completed and this time in really challenging circumstances which were no fault of our own. The service is personal and professional and I would happily use Colin and Annafield again and have no hesitation in strongly recommending the team to all looking for an estate agent.

GoogleWe have bought my beloved house from Annafield Estate. We have secured a very nice house with very friendly neighbors. Thanks to the staffs of Annafield who are very friendly, helpful and well communicated with us throughout the house purchase process. I am especially thank to Chloe who keep helping us communicate with the seller. I am now waiting for my new furniture and excited to be able to move in to this new community soon.

GoogleGood professional estate agents; as they predicted a sale was agreed on my property the day it went on the market. Buyer losing their buyer meant things dragged on a bit more than I would have liked; but I was always kept informed and messages left/telephone calls were always answered promptly.

GoogleBrilliant! Five star service from beginning to end. Phenomenal effort getting the chain set up despite many setbacks from the legal profession. During the final stages, Colin was especially proactive in pushing the process forwards to ensure we exchanged and completed on schedule. Communication throughout was excellent. Would strongly recommend Annafield to anybody, and wouldn’t hesitate to use them again.

I can safely say I have never met such a proactive estate agent, I would 100000% recommend Annafield to anyone wanting to move house. GoogleI could not recommend Annafield more highly. I dealt with Colin Chapman the whole way through the process as a single point of contact and he was fantastic. In the first instance when I registered and interest in our new home. I was going away for a week the next day. Colin phoned me within 30 minutes of my online enquiry and got me a viewing that day. Colin had other appointments but arranged that the current owners would show us round. I know a lot of estate agents would not have gone to this level of trouble. This was typical of Colin throughout the process. We had a number of issues throughout the process and frustrations with conveyancing solicitors. Colin was instrumental in helping solve these issues. He even spoke to other conveyancing solicitors (not involved in the chain) to help us get some clarification on certain points that could have potentially seriously delayed the move. In the final week of completion Colin waved his day off to help us complete on time and we would not have been able to have done so without his persistence. Colin was a joy to deal with throughout the process and would always deliver news (good or bad) promptly and professionally. In short if you are looking to move or purchase a new home call Colin at Annafield his service is second to none.
