GoogleThe main person I worked with at Annafield Estates was Keeley. Keeley is an outstanding agent. Kind, considerate and lives up to her word. If she says she will do something, she will get it done. She is an excellent communicator and appreciates how stressful selling a property can be. I can't praise her enough.

GoogleA friend recommended Annafield who had sold their house within days for more than the asking price. Our experience was the same, we too had four buyers chasing our home. Keeley at Annafield guided us through the whole process with care and attention. A couple of months later we completed and now we are in our new home.

GoogleWe had a terrible experience with Annafields St Neots, they valued our house £15,000 lower than it's value, so we didn't use them for our house sale. Unfortunately the house we wanted to buy was listed with them. Joe was unprofessional, turning up to the viewing looking like he was off to the beach in t-shirt and shorts! He was rude, lazy and terrible with communication. We asked a few questions and everything seemed too much trouble, bad considering he is the manager. The sales progressor was almost impossible to get hold of as she was always on annual leave, so we had to chase everything ourselves. We got two quotes for removals, Annafield removals was slightly cheaper. They are run by a separate team, so we thought we would use them as they were more local than the other company. Their manager was great, BUT her team of removal men were awful. They were rude to our excited children. They were in a massive hurry to get the job done so they could go home! They finished the job just before 2pm so it was far from a late one! Total lack of regard for our belongings, banging every doorframe in sight. Last but not least, they broke my son's wardrobe so badly by dropping it, that it couldn't be put back together, they left it in this state propped up with a box and didn't tell us! It could of fallen onto my son or his bed and badly injured him. There were little bits of broken wardrobe and tack pins left all over his carpet. They did eventually pay for a new one but we had to wait a month for the money! Overall a terrible company to deal with, definitely avoid!!!

GoogleKeeley and Joe at Annafields were instrumental in getting our house purchase over the line. It had its challenges and Keeley, in particular, stuck with it, persistently asking each party for updates and keeping everybody informed. Not only that, they operate with a warmth and friendliness that is so important at times like this. Would highly recommend.

I was very impressed by how responsive they were- they went above and beyond basing both sides of the transaction. Even when the things felt 'blocked,' their team stayed proactive and got everything back on track. If you want a professional team that actually cares, look no further! There were a few hiccups initially due to the complexity of the property we were purchasing, however these were quickly ironed out by Annafield and the rest of the process was extremely smooth. Massive thanks to Keeley, Chloe, Nicholas and James for all their help throughout, they went above and beyond.

GoogleI had nothing but issues with my solicitor… Keeley and the rest of the team were the only reason my sale went through on time! Once my sale was passed to Keeley I had regular updates, and good communication. I can’t thank her and the team enough for putting up with my rubbish solicitors!

GoogleChloe was my main point of contact at Annafield and I had a really good experience with them overall. It was a tricky time to be selling but they did everything they could to get it over the line, and once they did, everything went like clockwork and we got to exchange far quicker than my previous house sale through an online company, which caused the sale to fall through. Every member of staff was great, but Chloe especially always kept me updated and informed and reduced my stress a lot!

Was very easy to arrange viewings when needed, and she always kept me up to date with everything, Abigail my sales progressor was equally helpful with my questions, and helped push the sale through rather quickly! GoogleI appointed Annafield Estates as sales agent, acting on my behalf in the sale of my tenanted property. It was a very good decision, driven by my experience on purchasing the property 5 years previously when I dealt with and was impressed by Colin Chapman, now with Annafield. Annafield was appointed as my letting agent for the same reason. The sale was long (12 months from price agreement to completion) and complex (dealing with a freeholder, a foreign purchaser and an inordinately obstinate solicitor) but Colin dealt with them all professionally and determinedly, ensuring that the process reached a satisfactory conclusion within the agreed timescales. Colin has represented me brilliantly throughout the 5 years I have known him and I have no doubt he is a major reason for people to engage Annafield for all their property requirements. I therefore recommend Annafield to anyone reading this review.

GoogleAnnafields estate agents in Huntingdon were possibly the best agents my girlfriend and I dealt with during the lengthy process of finding our new home. During the whole process Chloe was extremely helpful, polite and her communication was excellent. As it proceeded we dealt with Colin Chapman the area manager who used his experience to help us deal with solicitors and numerous other parties that were making the purchase very challenging. We found his input made a huge difference in the service we were receiving from our solicitors specifically! Overall, without their input I believe the purchase of our home would not have been made possible as quickly and as easily as it was, and for that we are extremely grateful. We will be using Annafields again given the opportunity. There were multiple agencies we used in the Huntingdon area, as we searched for the right home and none of which matched the level of customer service received from Annafields. Thank you very much.

GoogleAnnafield estates were very efficient and friendly from the very beginning. They supported me on the purchase of a property when my solicitors let me down. Colin C stepped in my case and contacted me and my solicitors daily until my situation was resolved. They are extremely professional and made me feel very secure throughout the process. If I ever have to buy or sell a property again, I will 100% go with them. I am endlessly grateful. Totally recommended!

GoogleMe and my partner are new to the market, first time buyers, and we went with Annafield Estates to view a lovely property. After a day of exhaustive viewings, we were so pleasantly shown around a flat that we have truly fallen in love with. The estate agent, Chloe Barnard, was so sweet and friendly. She made sure we saw every aspect of the property, all it's benefits and understood the requirements for buying a property like the one we're interested in. We've been taken care of every step of the way so far by Chloe and Annafield Estates, and I would thoroughly recommend viewing properties with them, especially as they have so kindly helped to put us in contact with all the other bodies we must work with to buy our first home.
