GoogleWould highly recommend, they were so polite and so helpful with everything, kept in contact after I moved to see how everything was going, had a few issues with my electric supplier and they helped me get things sorted with them, would like to say a massive thankyou to Colin and James for getting me and my son into the home we have been wanting for along time! GoogleFantastic Service and would highly recommend! We put our property up for rental whilst also refurbishing it which made it more difficult for them. Colin, James and Alfie could not have been more helpful. They kept us fully informed at all times and helped us with trades people. They then found us a great family to rent our house! It was refreshing to find such enthusiasm along with professionalism and most importantly they constantly kept us updated. We are very impressed.
I must admit was nervous on this house as we were carrying out viewings whilst the refurbishments where taking place. A number of tenants didn't not the foresight to see past the renovations. The moment the workers had finished the property was transformed and looked amazing !!. Went to the very 1st viewer. Lovely house, Lovely family renting it, Lovely landlords. That's what makes this work rewarding. Thanking you all.

GoogleHaving rented through several 'big name' letting agencies in the past, Annafield is a breath of fresh air - I dealt with Colin and Alfie who were approachable, available and enthusiastic throughout the process. I felt my requirements were well listened to when I was recommended properties; the viewings were informative did not feel rushed. I was kept in the loop and the referencing process they use, 'Vouch', is very efficient and easy. I look forward to them managing my new home and wish them every success as they grow.

GoogleWhere shall I start... from first point of contact Duncan and Colin have been brilliant! Always just on the other end of the phone, and regularly keeping me updated of what's going on. I had my property on the market to rent with a couple of other agents but didn't seem to have any joy. Within 1 month of Colin marketing my property he found me a tenant! Very happy with all their help and hard work, and would highly recommend Annafield Estates :)

GoogleMet with Colin, after my property became empty. Decided to use him because his company had only just started, I thought his fees were fair, Colin explained how their process would work from start to finish. He told me what works were needed at the house to get it ready to relet. He helped coordinate the works required, again the contractors costs where fair and reasonable. No sooner was the work done received a phone call informing me that he has found a suitable tenant. It all went extremely smoothly and today my tenant has moved in and I have received my rent payment. Really pleased that I made the decision to use Annafield and to anyone considering which agent they should use, I fully recommend Colin & James, very friendly, down to earth people that had given me a very good service. I certainly will use them again. Great Job Thanks.

GoogleMy Partner and I were extremely satisfied with the service which we received through Annafield Estates. The process was simple, quick however not rushed or pressured into anything. We have gone through many estate agents, and this is the only one we feel have the customers needs as their number 1 priority. We look to buy a house in the future other than rent and can 100% say that Annafield will be the first place which we will go to when the time arises! We dealt with Colin mostly, who was exceptional.
