She took care of all the pre-move arrangements and even stayed late on a Saturday, after closing hours, to ensure I received my keys. GoogleAnnafield Estate Agents in St Neots are extremely efficient. From the early stages of valuation through to exchange. The staff in particular Colin Chapman who worked tirelessly to bring about the exchange & completion are all friendly and feel like a small working family. We used there removal team too who also reflected the efficiency of Annafield Thank you Sally. We would highly recommend this organisation for your house move.

GoogleWe didn't use Annafield Estates to sell our property but they were the agents for our sellers. In our case solicitors made it a real trial but our thanks to Colin like a dog with a bone who got the whole mess sorted. We didn't use Annafield in this instance but if we ever sell again we would use Colin and his team in a heartbeat.

GoogleAs a landlord I need a fast, efficient and professional service and Annafield came through.They sold the property in just a few days and their communication and feedback was excellent making the whole process seamless and the least stressful experience of selling I have ever had. From my quote and the amazing photos taken by Joe, which resulted in one viewing and full asking price offer, to Keeley and her absolute professional friendly approach. I was given so much help with the legal side and never felt less than welcome in the shop. I would recommend Annafield to anyone embarking on selling their house.

GoogleColin Chapman has been amazing with the purchase of my sons flat. For what should have been an easy buy became very complicated and in Colin's words 'In my 30 years experience this has been the hardest flat to sell'. Colin helped every step of the way and I can not recommend him highly enough. Superb job!!!

GoogleColin, Alfie and the team worked extremely hard to find my mum an apartment close to where we are living, they went out of their way to get her in sooner than first agreed and made the whole process seamless and far less stressful for us both. Colin also came over to value our home for sale, he provided a fair and accurate valuation, was very responsive and great at communicating from start to finish and of the four valuations we received we chose to go with Annafield which I think speaks for itself. Great team whom of which I'm very grateful to for all their help and hard work, I will always use Annafield moving forward and highly recommend them to all.
