GoogleWe had a great experience using Annafield. Their staff are kind and professional and really care. Emma was always at the end of the phone, chasing everyone for us and even updating us on her day off. They also seem to have enough staff - our first (and only!) weekend on the market was very busy but they managed to respond to this demand and were able to cover each viewing. The were so respectful - they just kept apologising for inconveniencing us with so many viewings! GoogleI can’t recommend Annafield Estates enough as an estate agent. They gave me a realistic sales price for my first ever little flat, which was more than I’d ever hoped to get. Duncan’s photography skills were brilliant and Charlotte sold my flat at full asking price within 24 hours of it going on the market. Top service all round, and Emma in after sales kept me in the loop and updated every step of the way. Having bought a flat but not sold before, this was massively appreciated and a huge benefit. You can tell you’re not just a statistic, and the team really care about doing their best for you and getting the most they can for your home while also securing the right buyer. GoogleWe don’t know where to start in expressing our gratitude to Annafield for their enormous and game-changing support throughout our move. It was a complicated and time-consuming transaction, and we engaged Annafield at a critical point where the whole chain was about to fall through. They put in tireless effort to make it happen, they were focused and always responsive. They needed no prompting, but instead showed genuine initiative and enthusiasm to keep our purchase secure whilst resolving issues with our sale. Unlike any other agent we have used before, they became innovative problem solvers, trusted advisers and a source of invaluable support during the several months it took to get to exchange. Special mention must go to Charlotte, who was always immaculate, professional and well-prepared for our viewings. Also, Emma was a tour de force on sales progression - she brings enormous energy to the process and bends over backwards to achieve the right result for her client. We purchased through Anna Field and the experience was second to none and wish that we had the same experience with the different Estate Agents we used to sell! Colin Chapman the Branch Manger was vital in helping us with inside ticks and secrets to help push through searches, Reports and general solicitor issues. He is a complete asset to Anna Field! Colin kept us updated at all times was very responsive with both emails and phone calls which helped to keep the parties involved up to date. GoogleIt seems on reading the reviews Annafields are extremely good at selling houses and supporting landlords, however for a tenant they have not been satisfactory in dealing with issues arising that are beyond the tenants control and not even supporting or giving the best advice and leaving the tenant to seek professional assistance elsewhere, staff are always being chased for a direct answer to a problem and never seem to be available for a phone conversationNegativeQuality
