GoogleRichard and the team were absolutely fantastic and supportive during what turned out to be a very long selling process. They were honest, realistic, efficient and professional, and gave me the peace of mind I have not experienced with other estate agents in many years. I quickly realised I could always contact Richard to ask any question and I would get a swift, no nonsense answer. He also followed up on the other parties when things had got stuck. In short, I am not sure we would have completed the transaction without his stellar services. I won't need managing services since I sold my flat thanks to their hard work, but if I had to hire someone to manage my rental I would choose them as well. Prior to the sale, they helped find good tradespeople who did repairs and removals well and cleanly, without adding inflated commissions on top. When I needed help checking things on the flat because I was away, they popped by on the same day and answered minutes after. You don't get this level of service from other agents, and I had been letting my flat for several years now. All in all, excellent people. Many thanks!

GoogleHad a really nice experience with an estate agent called Mollie Thomas via Andrew Reeves, very personable, nice but also knowledgeable. Although I did not go with the initial property (not by any fault of her own) we still had a great rapport and conversation and kindly offered to keep me in the loop for properties in the area that fit my billing! - Would recommend 100%. Also arranged the viewing on the day - really appreciated the quick turnaround!

GooglePerhaps the Company Car emblazoned with the Logo Andrew Reeves would care not to park entirely on the Pavement outside the office in Welbeck Street, blocking the Street for pedestrians and of course more vulnerable passers bye. The Manager aggressive and defensive in response who apparently has no name should learn threatening elder residents with his body language is neither pleasant or helpful to the situation. May I suggest parking by the side of the shop where there is a single yellow line would be less disruptive, legal and nearer the office door. It would also mean residents and others do not have to walk into the Road to get past the Andrew Reeves vehicle parked across the pavement.

GoogleWe used Richard Phillips and the Andrew Reeves team to sell our apartment this March and were delighted that the service and advice was just as exceptional as when we used them to purchase our home back in 2013. In the end, with a cash buyer, we had to move quickly, so it was doubly helpful that Richard put us in touch with a conveyancing solicitor who could act with due speed and full professional support; this highlighted the benefit of Richard and the solicitor being in constant daily touch with us and each other in what is always quite a stressful period. Greatly appreciated and we would have no hesitation in appointing them again.

GoogleWe visited many estate agents whilst looking for a property in Central London and they varied in their quality, sincerity and interest in us as buyers. Richard and Ross at Andrew Reeves were superb. They helped us find the right property, guided us through the process, handled the negotiation and kept the pressure on both solicitors. Their communication was outstanding and they consistently went the extra mile for us as buyers. I hope the seller felt the same. Not all estate agents are equal: Andrew Reeves are a cut above.
