I have recently come back in search for new tennants for my property in Bromley, and had the pleasure of being introduced to Leah one of their agents whom I found courteous , professional and very reliable to deal with. She acted very diligently to meet my requirements with regard to the type and quality of tennants that I was seeking. Had good quality viewings and continuous contact and updates. FacebookHas been a horrendous experience. Tenant who has refused to pay rent and was not paying rent on time right from the start of the tenancy (way before covid lockdown) and I have to chase the agents on email and on phone on average two or three times for every single question I have. Been having trouble with the tenants with no payment made at all for the last 5 months and during that whole time I still have no idea where I stand. It's become incredibly painful and incredibly stressful.

GoogleMy partner call to book a viewing of properties to rent and the ladie who answered the phone said their is no point to book any viewing if he doesn't own enough money becouse is waist of time not recommended at all. Very rude person because she judges over the phone people who are potentially customers.

GoogleI never write reviews but in this occasion I felt I had to. I had a couple of issues with my property and the tenant which I thought would never be resolved. Purely down to one individual named Natalie-Rose O’Connor all has been rectified and even a refund arranged which was very welcome indeed. Natalie took the time to call me back and keep me updated the entire time, which was so grateful as this is something that rarely happens these days. I am now a happy landlord and would recommend this companies services but more so Natalie’s. Lewis Collier.

GoogleI have recently rented a property through Andrew Reeves and I couldn't praise the staff enough. Luke has shown me the property, whilst Harry has been dealing with the contract, responding to my emails literally within hour and always answering their phone and calling back when they said they would. Professional, transparent about any delays, very informative and QUICK in responding to emails. Very helpful and understanding as my situation wasn't straightforward. They have contradicted any stereotypes of estate agents and repaired my faith as I have been very badly treated by Proctors in Chatterton Village(avoid) Melanie from Orpington branch, was signing the contract with me. She answered all my questions with patience, gave very useful advice. Again she was very professional, she took time. I was also impressed with the fact that straight after signing contract, the inventory clerk was waiting for me at the property, with keys, explaining the process, showing me around. Again very nice, polite and she took her time. At no point I felt rushed, dismissed, quite in contrary. They are very nice, polite and professional bunch of people with a truly human touch. I highly recommend them especially for customer service they offer! Well done!

This company managed my father's property in SE1 for many years. We had trouble-free tenants for over a decade, good for the agent and good for us. Last year the property became vacant. They took six weeks to fill it and put in appalling tenants who left repair work required costing over £10k. They did no inspection during the year, did a poor move out (they spotted that the carpet was dirty but missed tens of other problems), seemed enormously relaxed about the situation and we were never contacted about the whereabouts of the deposit. An appalling service.
