GoogleI have to say Andrew Reeves have impressed me. The manager Karl is a lovely man and every time I have spoken to him he has been helpful, polite, funny and stuck to his word. There were a couple of things I was having trouble sorting which were making me stressed but when I spoke to him he put my mind at ease and helped me there and then. I was not expecting this kind of service so its put my faith back into estate agents... definitely impressed!..thank you Karl! Additional Review updated as of 11.03. 2020. I am still at the same property because I have to say mainy due to Karl Taylor and he dediction to solving any issues I've had promptly and efficiently. I havent had many but when I have needing anthing sorting karl has picked up the phone and dealth with it the same day. He has also been great with his communication and keeping his promised. Thank you Karl, more people like you are needed in the lettings world. Keep up the good work!

GoogleKarl Taylor, Manager of the Beckenham branch of Andrew Reeves has just let our flat for the second time. On both occasions he has found us a tenant in record time. He is on the case immediately, with no time wasted. In our dealings with Karl, we have found him to be very pleasant and friendly, very organised, enthusiastic and positive. He gets things done and his “can do” attitude is to be admired. GoogleKarl Taylor Branch Manager has been absolutely brilliant in helping me through the whole process of obtaining a rented home for me and my kids. The entire process would not have been done if Karl didn't put in the effort to do all that was required. I am extremely greatful to him and his team. GoogleMichael had been a great guy from the start. He pushed hard to make sure we can move as quick as possible. There were bit delay because of unavoidable issues. But he always got back to us with updates . Also met Karl on the day who explained everything to us.... Thanks Michael, Martina and Karl. I would really recommend Beckenham Andrew Reeves for any on looking for a property...

GoogleAmazing customer service, couldn’t recommend them enough.. got a call to view a property and that’s the flat we got, just in time for Christmas and baby’s arrival..Constant communication the whole way through email along with phone, any problems or questions they were always answered. GoogleI found the first accomodation on my name in UK with their help. Their team is very transparent and has been very courteous in answering all of my questions with patience and completeness. Within two weeks I received the keys to the apartment on rent the kind which fits my bill too. I highly recommend their graceful services for letting services in Bromley area and around. I am not rating them 5 due to one turnoff. The first month rent doesn't reach the landlord, instead has to be given to them for which I didn't receive a rent receipt. Apart from this, I did not regret going to them for a second. Thank you Ravina and team Andrew Reeves.
