GoogleThis is by far the worst experience I have had with an estate agent. After finding a property I was interested in, getting through to someone on the phone was a nightmare. The phone number either went straight to voicemail or would just hang up. I then tried to get in touch with someone via email and they took about 2 days to contact me. Once my viewing was arranged and I had moved around my work schedule to accommodate a viewing during work hours, the estate agent who was supposed to be conducting the viewing didn't even bother to show up and I haven't even received a phone call or email to apologise for the issue. Extremely unprofessional estate agents and I would avoid at all costs. I would give a 0 out of 5 if I could. What a waste of my time.

GoogleHighly recommended Letting Agency in Bromley (Kent). Great options as per the requirements always on the table. The team working at Bromley office are amazing, very helpful (definitely not rude), flexible and always straight to the solution. On the maintenance services part, i found there are some delays but it could be due to the outsourced agency and current market situation. 5-stars for the services provided on the property letting markets.

GoogleI felt at ease the minute I met with Erman (the branch Manager). He was able to give good, sound advice, and I felt I trusted him to find me the right tenants. Plus we had a giggle along the way! I would not hesitate to recommend Andrew Reeves as a company!

GoogleAmazing experience with the whole team at Andrew Reeves. in Bromley. Easy and straightforward communication, quick on arranging the viewing. Reference checks and the whole onboarding process was quite quick and smooth and I moved in a week after the viewing. Apartment is great and all my enquiries and requests after I moved in were dealt with quickly and efficiently. Thanks again Alexia and Max for all the help!

GoogleWe just rented a property with Andrew Reeves. I am very pleased with their agents professionalism! From the start to the end, they behave in a very professional manner, they offered us the best services and support when we had questions. Since we agreed on the price and the starting date, the process was very smooth, easy and not stressful. And like an IT professional, I am very happy to see an agency that created everything online: reference, deposit and rent online payments, contract signing and management portal. The only "issue" (but they just started the online process) is with their portal, being a little slow, but I'm sure they can fix it in time. Great job guys and many thanks for the help.
