Worst possible place to leave any relative, due to their incapability ive just lost my grandmother as they couldnt provide the care they apparently offer, staff incapability ment my grandmother passed after a infection. Permanent issues with the flat, only a couple of staff can actually be bothered frequent accusations and permanently asking for donations for repairs that should be covered by them , basically taking advantage of pensioners avoid these if you want your relatives alive.

Over all the transition went very well.The site manager was brilliant any issues we may have had were dealt with quickly and efficiently.The only problem we have is the condensation and coldness of bungalow that is most probably caused by the age of the property.

I have lived here for 2 months and I am happy here as it is friendly and well maintained. My flat is just perfect for me and all the residents are having new kitchens fitted with brand new cookers. We were able to choose the colour scheme for the cupboards and worktops from a range of several colours. The gardens are lovely and I can’t wait for Spring to see them come into bloom.

I was made to feel welcome by the scheme managers and nothing was too much trouble for them. They answered my many questions with a smile and helped me to attend to a small plumbing and electrical problem immediately. All the residents here are friendly and I felt at home in their company straight away. I am so happy I was able to come here.

the office staff and site manager have been very helpful. The property is well maintained and cared for set in well maintained gardens. The only downfall I can see is lack of parking.

Very helpful Locations Manager who kept us up to date with our move. The property had issues I.e. no shower or hot water but the Locations Manager dealt with it as quickly as possible but we did have to wait for parts re the shower. Very friendly neighbours but we also have our privacy respected.

I have been in my flat 3 weeks and the manager has not introduced herself to me. My carer has had to find where the refuse goes and about laundering, it's a bit poor considering the amount of rent we pay.

My move to Bengeworth Court in Wellingborough has been the best move in securing a safe home.Gill Walsh the manager is a very professional, resourceful and kind person so very empathetic and understanding when I and my husband needed a home at a time in our life when we were becoming homeless.I cannot thank Gill enough for all her support and recently again in another life changing situation for me whilst I am going through a bereavement.Anchor housing is a home where I feel safe and supported ,and a brilliant project with excellent facilities and a brilliant manager always ready to listen to you.

What made my experience great was the welcoming atmosphere created by the Location Manager.The general environment was clean and my apartment was clean and well maintained. Although I had loads of forms to complete it was worthwhile. I got to talk to the location manager and got a good understanding of what independent/ sheltered living was all about. So far- I am enjoying the experience of living in an Anchor apartment- a great way to living a comfortable lifestyle .
